Training: high-pressure cleaning technology

For users, pre-workers and executives

During this training you will learn how to use high-pressure cleaners safely and responsibly. You will experience various possibilities during the training and discover how much influence proper use has on safety, effectiveness and the life of the machine.

Content:

Personal safety and that of colleagues/bystanders
Theoretical knowledge about cleaning
Theoretical knowledge about high-pressure installation
Safety and regulations
The opportunities at Waterkracht
Start-up and clean-up

Duration:3-4 hours (consisting of theoretical and practical parts)
Location: on location/in-company for groups of 6-8 people.

Course: Burner technology

For technicians and maintenance engineers

In this specialist training course, you will learn to adjust and maintain burners to prevent breakdowns. This will limit soot formation, extend lifespan and prevent unnecessary downtime.

Content:

Operation and adjustment of the burner
Preventing malfunctions by correct adjustment
Maintenance and replacement of parts

Duration: 3-4 hours (consisting of theoretical and practical parts)
Location:at Waterkracht, including a look at our workshop

Course: Tank cleaning technology

For mechanics and technicians in industrial cleaning

A technical training course focused on maintaining and repairing tank cleaning equipment. Low-tolerance precision work - essential for reliable operation.

Content:

Repair of cleaning heads
Replacement and assembly of precision parts
Preventing malfunctions

Duration: 3-4 hours (consisting of theoretical and practical parts)
Location:at Waterkracht, including a look at our workshop
Costs: upon request.

Safety & certification

On completion, each participant will receive a certificate with name, date and specifications of the machine used (pressure/litres). Do you work with high pressure above 250 bar? Then a certificate is required or recommended in many cases.

Recurrent training is not mandatory, but highly recommended. We recommend repeating the course once every 2 years to refresh the knowledge gained, gain new insights and discuss any new regulations. This is certainly recommended for new staff or new machines.

Our training courses comply with the guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Sociation for Industrial Cleaning (SIR).
