Process

In‑house engineering: from request to project

The journey starts with an enquiry, usually via our field sales team. A sales representative conducts an intake meeting, discusses the options and maps out the requirements. Anything that’s not yet clear is handled internally.

How we work

  1. Intake & analysis - Sales discusses your wishes, technical requirements and any bottlenecks.
  2. Internal review - Engineering assesses technical and commercial feasibility.
  3. Quotation phase - If the advice is positive, we prepare a clear, transparent quotation.
  4. Order & execution - After approval, we form a project team with a dedicated project manager.
  5. Realisation & coordination - Engineering, production and procurement work together towards delivery.
  6. Commissioning - We deliver the installation and can provide end‑user training if required.

We always select the best‑fit solution: a product from our own range, a branded solution or a combination of both.
