The Spiderjet® 3000, with impressive cleaning results!
30000 bar - 50 litres/min
After the industrial cleaners had, in the first instance, “waited to see which way the wind was blowing”, the barriers have now been removed, ….. the Spiderjet® 3000 is more than living up to its reputation. The Spiderjet® 3000 was specifically designed to quickly and effectively strip horizontal and vertical surfaces. In addition, curved surfaces – with a minimum radius of 3 metres – are not a problem at all.
As well as cleaning and stripping ships, the Spiderjet® 3000 has been very successfully used for cleaning large oil tanks, both on the inside and the outside. And what about the bottom of oil tanks; after the pollution has been loosened by spraying and sucked up the welds can be easily inspected. No problem at all for the Spiderjet® 3000.
- The Spiderjet® 3000 attaches to the wall by vacuum, whereby both the water and the waste loosened by spraying is sucked up.
- Suitable for almost all surfaces including steel and concrete.
- Simple to manoeuvre owing to two individually pneumatically-driven wheels.
- Maximum cleaning speed: 6 metres per minute.
- Working width: 375 mm.
- Cleaning capacity: maximum 70 to 125 m2 per hour.
- Vacuum required: 1500 m³/hour at 50% vacuum.
Can be connected to a high-pressure installation with an operating pressure to a maximum of 3000 bar and a water delivery to a maximum of 50 litres per minute. In practice, a pressure is often worked with of between 2000 and 2500 bar, at a water delivery of 20 to 30 litres per minute.
