The basis for these industrial process installations is formed by a space-saving vertically-configured Hammelmann three or five-plunger pump, which is driven by means of an electric motor. Depending on the use and usability, there is a choice from a fixed drive rotational speed or a frequency-controlled installation, whereby the delivery is adjusted exactly to the required take-off. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to drive the pump by means of a diesel motor or hydraulic motor. There is a wide choice of material types, construction components and plunger seal systems, such that the field of application is very extensive.
The pumps can be supplied from 30 kW to 550 kW drive capacity, liquid deliveries to 100 m³/hour (1668 litres/min.) and operating pressures to 3000 bar; at a viscosity of up to 2000 mPas and a liquid temperature of -40 to +200 °C.
Every Hammelmann process pump is exactly adjusted to the liquid to be pumped and the required operational situation. Documentation is available.
